Course Curriculum Overview

I chose CSE because of my interest in coding and it also had bright future opportunities to work with Tech companies and obtain a nice job. The teaching methods of the faculty are very good and the teachers are hard-working with the student.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internship opportunities but the internships available are very less and need to be increased over the year. The college provides nice exposure for students to the outside world too. The best internship is offered by Cisco.

Placement Experience

Here the placement is nice. The students become eligible for placement from the 6th semester. This year it had the highest package of 53LPA and the avg. The package is around 4.5-5LPA. Tech companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and more than 40 companies visit the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the college depends upon the course and it provides us an advantage if we get TFW (Tuition Fee waiver seat) on having more JEE percentile than the fixed cutoff of that year. We get scholarship here on category bases and had a nice placement experience.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good and the college conducts events every time. Recently it conducted a gyanotsav event in which celebrities were called and the event was nice. The college has many clubs and the clubs are very nice.

Admission

It Requires JEE exam. Admission is Done with MPDTE counseling and you can get admission via the CLC round also. The admission cell is well good and there is no problem in getting admission here. There is a reservation for all categories.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I join the college in 2022 batch at that time tech was in boom and college has a good placement season that why i chose BTech Cs and take the admission The ccourse is overall good , but there are no internship opportunities in your third year of college so they need to improve on it. They frequently condut exam , after every one and a half months
