The eligibility of the course was 12th pass with a minimum of 55% in PCB/PCM. The application process was quite easy as the faculty over there is very supportive. The registration fee is Rs 11000, from which 10,000 is adjusted in the course fees. There's an exam called ITM NEST, which is basically a scholarship test to avail of the scholarship according to your percentage scored in this exam.

The odd term was quite longer than the even terms. The exams were conducted timing. Looking at the pattern of exams, the level was intermediate. The exams were not too tough to pass but also not too easy. It required hard to study.

The projects conducted in the life science department provide the student's internship opportunities and lab skills to the students. The stipend is not provided but the skillsets are the one where the university focus the most.

From the 5th semester for the 3-year program and the 7th semester for the 4-year program, the students are allowed to participate in the campus placement. The highest placement at my time was 10LPA. A good amount of companies come for the placement and a high percentage of students get placed every year.

The fee structure is quite high over there but the faculty and job assistance you get justifies the fee structure. There are training programs held for the student to inculcate skills and prepare them for job placement. The placement drives are conducted for the final year students and well-known companies exposure is provided to the students.

There are various clubs on campus for the students to participate in and practice their talents. NCC is also provided over there. ITM is well known for its sports as well. Interstate competitions are held at the campus, providing students with a good opportunity in sports as well. The classroom is well-furnished and projectors are also available. The labs are acquitted with all the necessary instruments and machines.
