My college my life

During my intermediate, I had gone through the EAMCET examination and achieved a rank of 33,000. So with that rank in counseling, I opted for many colleges like JNTUK, AU, GVP, etc., and finally secured a seat in VIGNAN'S INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in the EEE department. During the registration, I need to take the printout of the eamcet marks sheet and college opted sheet to the college for the process of admission. I got a registration number in that process. Finally, after completing all the processes I am set right to join the college and I was waiting for the date to start my B.Tech. The admission process was good and no need to have any changes in the process.

My father is the main reason for the selection of this course. He is working in the electrical department of the Indian Railways so I thought that I could get support regarding the subjects which I opted to study in my B. Tech. All the faculty members present in the institute are highly qualified with a lot of teaching experience in this sector. They used innovative technology to teach the subject and conducted various activities to grab the interest of the students in the subjects. The term exams were not so difficult for us because the teachers taught the end-to-end of the subject and gave us high knowledge regarding the subject so we felt a bit easy to pass the exam.

The college provides us with a lot of internship opportunities for eligible students. one of the companies is Durga electricals with a stripe of 10K per month. We had done many projects and used advanced technology for better outcomes. Some of the projects include wireless-controlled cars, smart dustbins, Home automation, etc.

From the 7th semester onwards the students become eligible for campus placements. The college Training and placement cell bring out various companies for the students to get placed. For the academic year 2019-2023, the highest package offered was 22 LPA and the average package was 4.25 LPA. Some of the companies that visit our college are Amazon, HCL, TCS, Moschit, Accenture, Wipro, etc. Around 80% of the students get placed in these companies. I got placed in the HCL and want to join that company after my degree.

The fee structure was not too high, it was all 52K per year and this was the constant fee structure. For the students who got a seat in the convener quota and have the eligibility criteria for the scholarship given by the state government of Andhra Pradesh in the name of JVD. The state government releases an amount of 13K every 3 months of the year. I got placed in the HCL company with a salary of 4.25 LPA.

In our college, there are two fests conducted every year. The annual fest named 'Yuvatarang' is conducted in January before the Sankranti vacation and the tech fest is conducted in September on the occasion of engineer's day. In our college, we have a library which consists of many books by many authors. In our library, we have a digital library in which we can look up any online journals or books to which we refer. In our institute, we have a sports department that organizes and conduct sports like cricket, football, volleyball, kabaddi, shuttle, etc., and takes the students for the selection trials and represents the students at the state and national levels. There are many clubs run by the students for example Geeks for Geeks.
