Remarks

The eligibility for Bcom Hons is a minimum of 60% in the 12th class, Good communication skills. The application form can be obtained from the Front desk and the admission process is quite simple; just pay the reservation fees and submit the form. Later personal interviews and group discussions will be conducted and admission is granted.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bcom is all related to numbers and current affairs, business and economics. The faculty is best in commerce, apparently from the regular classes the teachers conduct activities for improvement in personality and skills. The teachers are qualified with masters/Pd.D with relevant subjects and the method of teaching differs for each teacher in the best way. The college conducts 2 internal exams and 1 final exam from the University of Mysore. It's quite easy to pass since internal makes us prepare and flash of the exam

Internships Opportunities

The college provides various internship opportunities for students both online and offline. It includes marketing, finance, HR, and Business development. Some internships are paid and some internships are not paid, which is dependent on the company those are offering the internships for the students. We get a letter of recommendation, and a certificate after completion of the internship

Placement Experience

The campus selection is available only for final-year students. The process begins initially by preparing the students for interviews, and corporate life. The average CTC was 300000/- and training is assisted. The percentage is quite average and every year it's in steady growth.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are quite constant for Bcom 59700/- per year excluding examination fees. The scholarship is provided only to lower caste people, I didn't find any scholarship for me since I'm general category, which is cliché.

Campus Life

There're various fest happening in college namely: Fresher's Day, Open mike, Ethnic day, Fashion shows, Donation camps, Cultural fest, Literature fest, and Different workshops for students to enhance their skills. All the events are conducted by students under the faculty's guidance

From Classes to Campus Life: Why I Chose ISME

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

The application process was pretty easy as I accessed it online where we get to fill in our details including our PUC and 10th results. We also get counselors to deal with our queries and help us throughout the application process. They will also explain to you in detail what to expect from the course that you want to enroll in.
