Remarks

The seniors were always there to help us, by sorting our lives and providing us previous year papers and their notes for the enhancement of knowledge. Thanks to the wisdom offered by my seniors, today, I have successfully started my own company.

Entrance Preview

Eligibility for the program isentrance exam which is MAHCET . Final admission offer this course to successful performance in a personal interview. Also the students have to go through the process of group discussion.i chose this college because of my father because he wants me to study in DY patil institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course for the MBA program is quite complicated for finance students as we have to study subjects like Business analytics for finance, cost sheet, balance sheet, accounting for managers, Big data analytics and many more

Campus Life

The course stood up to my expectations. The training was very practical and we were given a lot of experience in regards to real-work problem. My first option for getting a degree in the field of business was going to the US. But the college help in achieving my dreams.

Hostel Facilities

There is a provision of accomodation for the students to provide them all the facilities they need, to compete with other students regardless of any stress. the food at mess is great and the accomodation is also very average which is good for students.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
