Entrance Preview

i took MAHCET entrance exam and scored well in that i wished to improve my management skills so joined MBA. As I was an engineering student I had technical knowledge and so to be a good leader I needed management skills hence i chose MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was filled with lots of class activities such as paper presentation or power point presentation. Lecturer had a great experience in almost all the fields which helped us in gaining knowledge. Overall it was fun and it's still continuing with fun and learning.

Campus Life

The library at Dr. D. Y. Patil Educational Academy, Pune is a large sanctorum of knowledge with a wealth of books, e-books, national and international journals and publications. It houses a vast collection of DVD and CD-ROMs that cover a range of topics across engineering and management that shall help enrich a student and a researchers learning experience.

Hostel Facilities

Since I travel from home I am not sure about these facilities. As I have heard from my hostel friends they say that accommodation are all good plus there is no problem with the food they provide. Since cooks are north Indians they prepare north Indian food which the students prefer the most.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Faculty

They are really great because the college appoints people with a minimum experience of 5-10 yrs experience in corporate or any industries, hence there experience sharing helping us a lot and they guide us well.College is almost into all the fields such as MCA MBA so the college is almost into everything, it's already good but still they can improve.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Experience at ASM IBMR

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

The placements opportunities are very good. mostly the whole batch gets placed. big companies like google and Microsoft come to campus and recruit a good number of students. it has a good average package in summers about 160000 per month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!
