The program is targeted towards working professionals with a Bachelor degree in any field, currently working in the 'services' focused business domain (Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, etc.). Anyone who are not looking forward for a 2 year MBA programme can select this course and understand the next level of the working of the business around them, which in turn, gives them the advantage of the knowledge and help them get promoted in the company they are working in.
Entrance Preview
Interested candidates must be a graduate with 50% marks in any stream from an Indian or a foreign university. The form is available at the college's admission office and selection is based on personal interview round. Candidates with 0-2 years of work experience are given more preference since they have a basic understanding of the service industry.
Course Curriculum Overview
The modules are designed to equip the students with a thorough insight of all the related elements which essentially hone their skills to discharge the role of a sales executive/customer services executive and eventually a function manager. Aspects like buyer behaviour, market research; managing customer experience, sales promotion techniques, managing operations in a customer facing business, understanding of revenue management and online marketing will be embedded in the curriculum.

Placement partners include premium organizations like Ambuja cement, sakshi advertising, Mc Kinsey, Cushman & Wakefield, genpact etc. The college offers 100% placement to all the students. The major focus of the programme is to help the students grow, learn and understand which will help them achieve heights in the industry they are working in. Normally, most of the students go back to the companies they were earlier working with.
College Events
The most famous event of the institute is Vedatya - Oxford Brookes Innovation Challenge which has been instituted in 2010 by Vedatya and Oxford Brookes University, UK to create a platform for expression of innovative ideas of young undergraduates in India. The initiative is to address the problems faced by India in numerous areas.
