Internships Program

When I took admission at the start of 2019 and the process was offline so there was a helpdesk of students who guide me throughout the admission. I didn't have any quota as I belong to the general category so in my case when I took admission the cut-off was 55% and in the case of quota, it was 40% at that time. Admission criteria were on a cut-off basis and limited seat basis as this college is not so popular.

I choose this course as I want to do Master in Business Administration in HR and Marketing to secure my future and make my career in HR and Marketing The faculty members were highly qualified and almost all the teachers are PhD or Doctorate but the ratio of faculty member were not sufficient at that time as compared to the student's ratio Almost all the faculty members were highly qualified with doctorate PhD and the method of teaching was really unique and based on practical ways. They not only teach us but also helps to guide us about the practicality of life lessons As I was in MBA basically 2 yrs course. So termly exams are held on a quarterly basis after every 3 months and a fine should be charged on less grade or re-apply. No students should be allowed to leave the exams until some series of issues

Some companies which came for placement also came for internships. Companies are Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Asian paints, Burger, Tommy, and TOI with the average stipend of 5-10k and also provide PPO(pre-placement offer) to students Projects like marketing the product, Customer handling, feild jobs and etc were offered I got internship at Times of India and my work was to register new customers with the newspaper

With the completion of 3rd semester, students were eligible for campus placement but at the end of 2nd semester, students were eligible for internships and also get early PPO from companies Companies visited were Asian paints, TOI, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Kapson industries because of COVID at that time, it was really difficult for everyone to get placements and only 25% of companies visited for placement other students applied online on their own. But still, our placement teacher helps us a lot in that crucial time and helps almost all students to get placed 70% of students get placed during the COVID period which is really great achievement in its own My plan after getting my degree was to make my career in the professional HR field

The fee structure was divided into semester based which headed up into 4 semesters. The total fee of an MBA was rs2,10,000 at the time and was cut off in 4 parts - 50k in the first semester, 55k in the second semester, 50k in the third semester and rest 45k in the last semester There was no scholarship was there for any student as the fee structure was low, so everyone have to pay the same amount. There should be one security amount which was refundable after a course of 8000rs. The placement was on an average basis in the college only ICICI bank and Axis bank came to place students every time but still some more companies like Bridge Group Solutions, JustDial, Times of India, Asian Paints, Burger Paints, Kapson factory and Tommy were some of the companies which come too I got placed in Bridge Group Solution based on the Real estate with the package of 4.25 LPA in Gurgaon

Twice in a year only some fest happen usually in the month of April and November like Sports events and the annual fest Books and Journals were easily available at the library of each course. It helps the students a lot in studies and assignments too Amenities were also good in classrooms but sometimes not so good as the maintenance was not taken in care time to time Only 3 sports were available in the college -volleyball, Cricket and Badminton. Usually, college focus on studies much as compared to sports but extracurricular activities yes happen regularly on weekly basis. Activities like art and craft, debates, group discussions, Interview preparation, counselling classes, Guest visit and many more There were many clubs run by students like MARKETING CLUB, FINANCE CLUB, HR CLUB, SPORTS CLUB, THEATRE CLUB etc and I was the part of HR club and conduct many Mock, interviews, Group Discussions, and General affairs competitions on a weekly basis
