Entrance Preview

I took CAT entrance exam and my score was good and easily got admission on the bases of my scores and i also gave personal interview round which was taken by the college at the time of admission.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provides internship from the number of companies and even during placements at least a person should have two of the certificates of internships.

I think placements and job opportunities in our college is good as it provides you a great platform where big companies around the world come to hire the students and college also prepares us for the placements by organizing SAP classes and some communication classes.

Too much of events happen in our college wheather its technical, cultural or sports and the main events are one India and one world and some small events also occur which makes the interest of an student.

Our projects are industry relevant &impart true learning to students. Eight week industrial training is compulsory & brings tremendous knowledge & live experience to students.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Remarks:

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
