Remarks

The admission process was an online interview. Usually, the interviews take place the offline method, but due to covid and restrictions, it was conducted through Zoom meeting. The interview was a simple one where the CEO and some of the admission-related persons enquired about my future plan and my methods to tackle it while I study at Cresta.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Bcom because it has topics related to CA as well. There is an apt number of faculty for the number of students. The teachers are also well qualified. The tests are being conducted after due course of teaching the lessons.

Internships Opportunities

At Cresta internships are provided by a company called Mentor mind wherein students can complete the internship and get certified as well. Due to covid, internships are being made online. But before covid, there were offline internships.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 85000 per year for Bcom Pc which includes professional courses like CA and CS. Fees reduction in case of 90% in PUC. There is a scholarship also available for eligible students. And students from the same college get a hike in the fees.

Campus Life

Life at Cresta is kinda good. There are fests, programs, and other cultural activities being held at Cresta. There are also trips. Numerous extra courses are being given at Cresta by professional people.

From Classes to Campus Life: Why I Chose ISME

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

The application process was pretty easy as I accessed it online where we get to fill in our details including our PUC and 10th results. We also get counselors to deal with our queries and help us throughout the application process. They will also explain to you in detail what to expect from the course that you want to enroll in.
