Remarks

Yes. Definitely it would be great if the college admission authorities have a proper helpline to contact to, as students who are applying may surely have many doubts & looking for clarifications. When I applied I went to the college atleast for 3 times before getting the final admission according to my desire, though the admission process starts with online verification of documents only.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

In terms of how difficult the term exams where, they were ok I would say... It wasn't like rock hard or something but hard enough to show that it isn't easy either. But the teaching staff there gives all the instructions accordingly within due time and their knowledge which makes it better to sit in the exam hall and not feel soo puzzled.

Internships Opportunities

3

As far as I know, our college doesn't have any internship opportunities. But they do recommend us everyone to go to internships and get a feel of how the work life is and to gain experience also. They recommend us with other small - medium sized companies in same cities and I don't think they offer any stipend for the same.

Placement Experience

4

Regarding placements, they are only made to final year students. During the last few months itself, that is before the End Sem Exams begin, many companies come to recruit the talented ones. There is an Interview followed by GDs and also sometimes, one can get placed in 2 or more companies also and can choose from. Those companies include, Infosys, TCS, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, Amazon, Cognizant, and many more. They have this Training & Placement Cell where students can approach them regarding any clarifications they need for their placements. Annual Grade packages range from ?40k - around ?3L per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Regarding the fees structure, I would say it's not that expensive. You can also say it's worth it as it's around ?37,200 per annum for B.Com (Computer Applications) course. They provide great infrastructure facilities also. And for scholarships, they do conduct programmes to bring awareness for the students to get instant scholarships in their bank accounts. They guide you in the whole process too. And regarding campus placements, I have seen my seniors getting placements starting from ?40k - more than ?1L per annum packages all roles related to their course of study.

Campus Life

3.5

Now to mention about the ambience and their infrastructure, not gonna lie...they have some good places to sit and study. Also, don't expect it to be super modern or something. It's definitely a little older buildings...but regarding the computer labs, e-labs, they upgraded them to the near latest technologies. Classrooms are not AC conditioned and have only fans and lights and ventilated nicely, but labs are with AC. A Library is also present with lots of books of various interests. Also, they conduct a ton of special fests including Fresher's Day, Annual Day, Acheiver's Day, special occasions, festivities, and a lot more in which people with relevant skills can participate and showcase them. All done in the sports ground, main ground or in the multi-purpose auditorium. Also, sports events are given greater prorities for football, cricket, NCC, NSS, and lot more.

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.
