Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to pursue a course in Marketing because I am very much passionate and intererested in Marketing. There are over 50 students in each batch and 2 faculty members for each subject. Faculty are well educated and have a Masters degree or Phd. The first semester was quite tough, specially the finance paper.
Internships Opportunities
Companies such as Peacock Solar, Edelweiss, Ugam, Centrum, Xanadu, Dwello, and HDFC Life visited the campus for Internship placement. The profiles were mainly for Hr, Sales, and Consultancy, and many live projects such as recruitment, and sales were involved.
Placement Experience
About 85-90 % of students get placed. The profiles are mainly for sales and consultant profiles. The average package is around 5 lakh and the maximum package is around 9 lakh. Many companies such as Lodha, EY, and TATA visited the college. My plan is to get a job in digital marketing after my course completion.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for the AIMA PGDM course is around 6lakh for 2 years and the college does provide scholarship assistance to students who perform well in the 12th and entrance exams. I got an internship opportunity and was placed in Peacock Solar.
Campus Life
SIES has a fest called Virtualities where there are different types of sports and activities such as dancing, singing, and other things. We had cricket and football competition and there is a good life on campus, also there was a freshers party conducted by the students.
