Remarks

For this course, you should at least 12th pass out and you get your admission form at part-1 of the campus of your college which is located at Lakhimpur, Kanpur and admission fees is only 2500rs and admission is done online using OTP and Aadhaar and a fee of this course is cheap respectively 4500,6500 and 7500. No need for any type of reservation for admission. The admission process can be easier if the admission counter is handled by more than 2 counters at current there are 2 counters in the admission process but overall university is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good and easy and course is from basic to professional including tax , accounting and law. There is more girls than boys in this course and most students are also doing additionally Chartered Accountancy course Most teachers are minimum masters degree and some of these are also ca's and PhD Exams are conducted once in year and 1 viava in 1 year and exams are really tough.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is cheap and fees hiked very less maximum once in 5 years. The scholarship is under "CSJMU-chatra sammridhi" yojna, they provide 9500 per year. All total this is almost free of cost. I am in my third year I lived in hostel my expenses till now are about 80000.

Campus Life

CSJMU organize a minimum of 1 fest but because of lockdown, there is no fest conducted in the last 2 years. There is no need to access the library and books are also old and outdated. Because of Covid, I am not able to attend any type of extracurricular activity except gym there is a beautiful gym. Clubs do not exist here.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel food is ok ok you can also buy tiffin from external for good food . Room is for 3 persons this is really hectic I love to live alone this is problematic. Hostel is affordable and too cheap. Locality is lakhanpur is a lot of flats available for stay at good price and also icai and sales tax office is nearby

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Placement Experience:

The students start getting the opportunities of placements from the 5th semester. Students are given good g uidance whenever required. The placement cell invites a good mix of companies. Ishan builds a preparation ecosystem for us by organizing various events. One of them was - Vyapar Niti a 24 hour workshop was conducted in which students were allowed to develop their startup ideas under experts mentorship.

Pocket Friendly College with all the facilities.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from the last semester of the course. Almost 70% percentage of the students get placed right after the completion of the course and rest choose to go for higher studies or self financed business. My plans after getting my degree is to start my own business.

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies are visited in our college for job offers like frankfin, hcl, tcs, Barclays, hdfc, and many more. The company offers job by considering the students as a freshers thus it offers very average package for students but if the performance of students Is good in that company, then it may chance that they hire for higher post with high package. But at starting they offer atleast 2,50,000/- to 3,00,000 per annum.

I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted.
