Remarks

The admission process was done through JEE Mains exam. The weightage for the selection was 60% given to 12th board marks and 40% to jee mains. Seats were allotted through ACPC. Now since 2019 the admission process also takes into account GUJCET marks.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in electrical engineering and hence opted for the course. The student-to-faculty ratio is about 10:3. all the faculties either have master's or Ph.D. The teaching is very interactive and more importance is given to practical study than theory. In each semester there are 3 exams i.e. 2 internal exams and 1 university exam. The exams are of medium difficulty.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 106000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Usually, students are given the role of trainee in their respective companies. Students get internships in companies like Coca-Cola, L&T, and more. People get hands-on experience during the internship program.

Placement Experience

students become eligible for placements after semester 6. All good companies like TCS, Byjus, MG Motors, and Coco cola come to our college for the placements. The highest package offered was 13 lakhs. Around 60% of the students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees today are around 106000 and then it has increased by around 3-4k in the last 5 years. Students can avail various govt and non-govt scholarship schemes. each scheme has predefined criteria that the students have to satisfy.

Campus Life

Every year tech fest named Spectrum is organized in February. The cultural fest is also organized around the same time. All technical books are available in the library. Also, all the amenities are provided at the college. Sports activities go round the year.

From 7th semester students become eligible for placements I don't know any companies name that come to college for placements. The highest is 22lakhsper annum and average is 4lakhsper annum 92% placements ratio in IT department.

College placement is very good in my college. Also some students whose parents has background in civil engineering are coming only for Degree. There are many companies visited . I applied for colleges like BVM and GCET but i couldn't able to make it there because my ACPC rank was not enough to get the admission there. But i decided to join this college because i got this college thorugh ACPC as assigned, this college was ovbiously in my list after the first two. The process was too simple for me as i got assigned this college from ACPC so i payed seat resevation fees (20000 rs ) on the website of the ACPC and on the next day i reached to the college for the other paper and document submission work. which took only one and a half hour to get completed , The document submission process was too smooth. The thing which makes this college different from others is that here students get many extra curricular and Sports activities.
