I chose this course because the IT industry is one of the fastest growing sectors worldwide, providing jobs full of opportunities for professional success. Also, the IT industry offers quick employment opportunities in every sector. Teachers are highly educated and their teaching skills are highly developed. It is also good for students.

The companies that come for placements are TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, and other companies. In Pune, internships range from 15-20K. Projects are very important for students at the college level. The task is very important to complete the project and certify the task.

From the seventh semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, INFOSYS, and CAPGEMINI are visited, and according to the students' abilities and skills, they make offers to them. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. My plan is to get a job at a big MNC.

The companies that come for placements are TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, and other companies. In Pune, there are a lot of IT companies offering internships for students starting at around 20K. Projects are very important for students at college level and give students a chance to learn a lot of new skills.

Colleges have a lot of facilities. One of them is the library. There are a lot of books and it is well designed. Amenities in the classroom are a well-sat arrangement and a digital board for effective teaching. The college arranges sports tournaments and many extra-curricular activities.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
