Remarks

Eligibility is 12th pass and a score of at least 50% in the HSC exam. We can apply for the application form online, or else we can go to college and get the application form. The application fee through online is 200 rupees.

I chose this course as it is much needed for our future. We can work with a high salary package, and I loved the course. This college faculty is good. Nothing to complain about. Our college faculties are well experienced.

In our college placement internship program, which was conducted in the 6th semester, which means the 3rd year of college, 20 companies were visited, but only petroleum engineering had below 5 companies visited. 70% of the students were placed.

Our college's fee structure is absolutely affordable to study. Our college provides scholarships for sc/st community, and first year graduation students at our college are given full support for financial purposes.

Placement Experience:

For placements inside campus we become eligible from 7th semester onwards. there is a minimum cgpa criteria which we are informed. Companies which reputation come for placement drives : Some of them are : Google Microsoft Amazon TCS INFOSYS wipro HCL Larsen and Toubro Samsung and many more. The highest salary package from what i know was 23 lakhs per annum and on an average a package of 3.5-5 LPA is offered to students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more based on what is the requirement cuurently in the industry and changes are made every year to maintain its standard and quality.Areas of improvement needed in teaching methods is that instead of just reading the ppts, it will be nice if teacher uses some practical way to explain the concept or adds more examples to the slides.
