Remarks

no .. the college is good overall . we also have strict routine there

Entrance Preview

IIT JEE , MARKS - 80 AND I ALWAYS WANT TO GET HERE BECAUSE OF THE STAFF AND THE QUALTITY OF EDUCATION .. The placement is good in this college. Every year most of the companies come and take 80% of the students. Companies treat them well with great benefits, packages, flexibility in roles, great employees to work with and up to date with office collaboration software

Course Curriculum Overview

3

the college is good at some point and their are some flaws .. If you have the will, there are no limits to the opportunities here. Otherwise, it is just another private engineering college which will give you an average package with ease. Labs are excellent in terms of quality and subjects are well thought out to help you realize your area of interest and highly industry specific

Internships Opportunities

i dont know about that .. because i am in 2nd semester . i dont know much about internship and all but i will provide my experience once i get there

Placement Experience

2

Placements in GGITS are the best. If you have any special talent or some new ideas, then you got a better package. Here, packages started from 1 lakh per annum to 6 lakh per annum. According to your CGPA, you got job chances. A minimum 6.5 CGPA is needed in every semester.

College Events

The main aim of this club is to help students who are good at coding and want to get into the depths of programming, learn technical and logical aspects of competitive problem solving, which will not only help the individual improve his or her coding but also help in the overall growth of the coding environment of the institute. This initiative has been taken so that the club and its members could focus on the world’s most famous and highly recognized coding competitions like the ACM-ICPC, the google’s CODEJAM, The ADOBE programming contest, JP MORGAN programming contest, TCS CODEVITA, and many other such high grade competitions. CodeChef will be providing us with all the things we need to improve and to work upon like we are allowed to use its platform (the name of the brand). Mind Sweeper 6th of August,2016. Mind Sweeper, was an aptitude based test conducted for the First year students of all branches. The first year students admitted just a week before the event date showed immense participation all together making this event a grand success. Members of the staff were also present so as to help the club for a proper guidance and moral support. The Mind Sweeper comprised of two rounds of questions’ set, the first round having a set of 40 questions to be completed within 50 minutes and the round 2 having a set of 20 questions to be completed within 35 minutes. Overall 96 teams participated in the competition, the team having 2 members each. The whole test was online and was conducted on the College Moodle network which is highly efficient and reliable. CreativeCall 13th of August, 2016. After gaining a huge success and recognition from their first event itself, team CampCorp executed their second event named CreativeCall. An event based upon the concept of Image Perception and Video Perception again was a remarkable success and grand hit in the campus. This time the CampCorp invited students from all the semesters of all the branches from both the wings.

Fee Structure And Facilities

fee structure is good a little expensive i think .. but The campus is totally covered with a high-speed Wi-Fi network. The campus has its own mall and hospital inside the campus. Here, you can join any sports that you want. All classrooms are fully AC and projector equipped. Hostel facilities are also good. The food quality is also good. You can take mess as well as food in the canteen.

Fees and Financial Aid

no .. to my knowledge their is no loan facilty but teachers can help you when you are finalciallt weak .. and helps soo much

Inspite of preparation for the TCS CodeVita in the limited time they had, they could not perform well this time, thus, Himanshu Koshta (7th sem) felt a strong urge to remove any hindrance which comes between students and their ability to apply logics with programming. With his mate, Abhijeet Shrivastava by his side, who also happened to be his partner in Codevita for continuous two years, they decided to open a coding club in their institute where they could create a conducive environment for coding. They went up to their Head of Department Prof. Ashok Verma and kept their proposal. He readily agreed because this seemed to be the need of the hour. With the guidance and blessings of their HOD and the faculty, Himanshu and Abhijeet started surfing on web trying to get a proper and complete platform that will nourish their club and its undergoing events. Finally they got a non-commercial coding community which motivates the students to compete for the world’s toughest coding competition, the ACM-ICPC( Association of Computer Machinery- International Collegiate Programming Contest); the “Olympics of Programming Contests” a multi-tier, team-based programming competition. That platform is CodeChef.

Alumni/Alumna

Graduate or a senior, we are all together to help each other. Appreciate others' efforts and share learning. Take part in open discussions and brain storming and enjoy learning freely because it's a youth-to-youth cooperation. Enhance your skills and exchange what you learn with others.

Exam Structure

we follow the cbcs system .. what is provided by rgpv and teachers are trying their best to better the life of students. Teachers used good ways to teach students Gyan Ganga Group has organized various below-mentioned National Conferences on different burning issues of Science & Technology in each of the branches every year sponsored by AICTE, New Delhi and MPCOST, Bhopal. This process is not stopped rather more Conference of International level are yet to be organized in near future

Admission

i got admission through state level counselling .. The college is good as well as it has a good infrastructure. If you take admission here, you will get good placements and you will get a good knowledge about each and everything. The lab is very good and you will get the chance to make your own software if you take admission in the computer science branch. You will also get a chance in many other activities.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty members are well-educated and good. They treat all the students well and help them to solve all their doubts. I have a 2-year experience with the teachers and they are very helpful. They helped me in solving my problems as well as support me in building my confidence level. Here you will learn to develop something new. You don't have to work on the previous thing as you have a chance to develop new technology.

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved. The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches. The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.
