Remarks

It's a mixed house of biosciences ,business management n so on. It's just a manipulated brand name B school. Even then, everything is ok, except the rudeness of management in selecting specializations. Taking a specialization is deciding a students future. But, the management are not supporting students. They are forcing students into specializations. They are not helping students in changing specializations. IT'S very bad.

Entrance Preview

You can give any of the national entrance exams for management courses like CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT, etc. Then you apply online. The percentile matters. However, all this is eyewash. Many students get back door entry admission depending upon their financial means. I would suggest every aspiring management student not to join this college as there is a lot of gimmickry going on here especially for Kashmiri students.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The offer Bangalore university MBA. It's not all that great. Studies are really average here and not good. Avoid this college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they do make you do an internship. College has tie-ups with companies in Bangalore.

Placement Experience

2.5

The placements are questionable. The ones by good companies are few and far in between. Salaries offered are not good. Next, you will get a better job even by searching on your own. There is better payment even without this MBA.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus is ok. Infrastructure they've constructed very well to impress new crowd. Don't go solely on it. Students are a mix of undergraduate and graduates. The college is just projecting itself as a B SCHOOL.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel is good. They have kept it lean. Food is no great.

Faculty

2.5

All new graduates and inexperienced people are teaching here. Some reseacher level people are coming to teach but very few.

Placement Experience:

College Placement plays an essential part in every college and AIMIT does too, I had chooses Marketing. In my field, many of my batchmates did not get better opportunities and were not placed too. But Yeah companies like Refinity, Techmahendra, Dufry and many other companies visit the college campus. The highest package as company and profiles offered is 10 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA.

Over all a very good college. They have to improve on the companies that tak part in the hiring process. Students should feel comfortable with that. There is no issue with staff or admins.

Admission:

I took the CAT examination and based on my CAT score I made an application for admission in this college. Interview and short round of test was conducted after qualifying that I was granted the admission in the PGPM program. I was looking to get into the IIMs but since my CAT score was not that much so I settle for this one as it is also very popular college in Bengaluru.

Admissions are granted on merit basis. I applied on the official college website with all academic details including my PGCET exam scores. The admission process was smooth and they were supportive enough to give me time to present the relative document.
