Hostel rooms are distributed based on first come first serve. It is not expensive as compared to other hostels of the same level. If someone wants to live outside campus they can rent flats and studios in sectors Alfa, beta, delta, gamma, etc. The average rent in these areas is 6000 to 10000 for one or two rooms flats and studios.
