Excellent college

Application forms can be filled online for B.Tech, MBA & Diploma and are available at the institute’s admission office for the M.Tech course. Minimum eligibility for the B.Tech program is a 10+2 pass in the Science group while the M.Tech program requires a B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline. Candidates with any Bachelor’s degree are eligible for an MBA course. Students have to qualify in Jee Main for B.Tech while a GATE score is required for the M.Tech program. MBA admission is done through Ambalika Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) or JEE Main score. Diploma admission is granted through a JEECUP score followed by counseling conducted by the Board of Technical Education (BTE). Various freeships and stipend schemes are available for the M.Tech program.

Teachers are good and very well qualified, but not all teachers. They just do formality and don't even have proper knowledge, and overall teaching quality is good. Semester exams are easy if students have studied well, otherwise, they know it is difficult to pass. The pass percentage is 30 out of 100 in the external examination

After the 6th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, etc. The average package is 4.5 lakhs for this college and the highest package last year is 21 lakhs. 90% of students get placement.

There are two hostels, 2 bedded and 3 bedded. The latter one is tidy and airy with optimum needs and comfort but the former one is a little compact and small. The rooms are okay. Priced at 40K and 55K respectively is almost reasonable. Food is average or below sometimes. At the time of admission, they offer good quality stuff but sooner they become usual. However, u get to eat differently each day and time of year. They have contracted with Punjab National Bank and fees won't be a problem. U can avail of a loan easily. The scholarship is based on rank and is as per UPTU norms.

The campus environment is outstanding. Extra curricula are held in this college. Books are available in library courses books as well as extra books are also available. Well-maintained classrooms. There are many websites for students which are run by students. There are a lot of events in Ambalika these are:- 1. Nostalgia 2. Techfest. 3. Fresher party. 4. Aawahan. INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDES 1- Library (A lot of standard books regarding all the streams) 2. Classroom (Every classroom has projector and A.C facilities). 3. Cafeteria. (Pleasant environment). 4. Workshop ( all types of tools and machines are provided in a workshop with a lot of RAW material for students to practice.) 5. Seminar Hall. Overall this college has very good infrastructure and is equipped with all facilities which an NBA ACCREDITED COLLEGE required.
