Remarks

First of all the eligibility to get into this course is to pass matriculation and you have to apply for ap polycet. Then you have to write an exam and based on your performance the ranks get allocated and you have to undergo counseling to get into the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

My parent's wish is to see me as a civil engineer. So I decided to fulfill their dream and opted for this course. There was a total of 6 semesters and 5 subjects for each semester. The lecturers are very friendly and made the learning easy. They all are qualified with MTech in their respective fields.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience

The 5 & 6th-semester students are eligible for the campus drives. The minimum percentage to be eligible for the campus drives is 75%. The major recruiter is Ramco cement for civil engineers. The average package is between 2.00 to 2.50 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for a year are 25000, which includes the library, building and etc. There is a total fee reimbursement by the state government in the name of jaganna vidya deevena, which makes no burden on the family.

Campus Life

Every weekend there is a sports day in which all branches together play different games like cricket, badminton, chess, etc. The fresher party was held on 07-01-2022, which remarks an unforgettable memory for us. The infrastructure in the college is good. All the amenities are fulfilled in the college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Infosys, Wipro, Lenovo, and Aditya Birla. The offers are averagely 4 to 5. The highest average annual package offered by the companies is 5 lakh. The percentage of the students who are getting the placements is an average of 70% to90%. My plan after completion of my degree is to start a business of my own.

The student when the join 5th semester the student eligible for campus placements but our college didn't have many companies. Some local companies have in my Colleges. I didn't go to placements because I have a plan to further my studies. In my college may 40 percentage placements and lot members didn't go placements in diploma because may be all have to plan further studies.

Positives are good faculty nice area peaceful library good ground nice bus transportation well furnished labs and library good furniture in class rooms high end PC's in it labs good teaching of communication skills. I applied many colleges in Visakhapatnam like Government polytechnic,Sai Ganapathi polytechnic College,etc but I got the seat in 2nd counselling in this college. I availed the OBC quota to my admission. The minimum marks to get in my college is to complete 10th class with 50% marks and CET Rank should be below 8000.
