Sanketika Polytechnic (SPT) is one of the premier institutions of Andhra Pradesh, located at the heart of Visakhapatnam. The institute was established as a part of Sanketika mini-University which comprises 2 engineering colleges, a polytechnic, and two sub-departments in Management and Computer Applications. The institute offers diploma courses in six different streams to the eligible students. The admission to this institute is based on the ranking secured in AP POLYCET, conducted by AP Polytechnic admissions board. The institute aims at equipping the students with the necessary technical knowledge, analytical skills, and expertise to apply it.

SPT Visakhapatnam Admission

To join this college, one must have passed the AP POLYCET examination conducted by the AP Polytechnic Admissions board. Online applications for the said exam are to be submitted within the notified date.

Click on the online application for Polytechnic admissions link to get the application form.
Fill in all the necessary details.
Choose the preferred exam center for AP POLYCET.
Upload the necessary documents.
Pay the application fee through online payment modes.
Submit the application form.
Download the admit card and take a print out of the application and admit card for future reference.
Prepare for the exam.
Attend the exam at the exam center on the day of the examination.
The board will release the rank list as soon as possible.
The qualified and eligible candidates will be called for the counselling process.
The students have to reach specified centres for document verification with the original documents.
After the same, students have to apply for web-based counselling.
Then they can go for option entry to choose the college of their preference.
Seat allotment will be done to the eligible students.
Then, students should visit the college through an online portal and then physically to get admission in the college.

The placement cell in the college is very active and ensures the maximum number of students to get placed in reputed companies. The placement cell collaborates with many reputed companies. It has collaborated with more than 35 companies and more than 150 different jobs have been offered to the students of this institute. The institute is very active in placement related activities and is ensuring good placement opportunities for the students.

Play area in our college is very good .

Dislikes

Rules are really strict in our college .
Labs are not upto the mark . I really hate it.
Stupid rules such as shoes are mandatory, timings,etc.

I choosed this college because I heard from others that polytechnic in this college quite impressive so I joined this college. Our college is better than other diploma colleges in infrastructure, placements, and also faculty. I opted this college and i could get a seat.

I choose this college over the other colleges because our is eco friendly and good in standards and when I trying to join in diploma I search for the best college in that process I listen to so many and seen so many colleges but didn't like any other colleges except this college because I like this college environment.
