The selection of the students is done based on PI and GD round. The college also considers GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA scores. The Bachelor's scores, work experience is also taken into consideration.

The course curriculum of operations is fantastic and covers all the strategies and other requirements needed for a student to learn. The subjects and topics included are Managing Change, Managerial Communication, Organizational Dynamics, and Human Behavior in Organizations.

The corporate internship program intended to build upon all of a student’s coursework during the first year of the PGDM program of the B-school. The Program is scheduled at the college campus for a time duration of 6-8 weeks after completion of Term III.

The college has excellent placement record and the majority of the students get placed. The companies that come for placements includes 6W Research, American Express, Asian Paints and many more.
