Remarks

I applied for Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University, I met the eligibility criteria but I didn't opted either of them because the level of education is always the same for B.Sc. computer science in any college. Even I must say it was much better than DU and BHU in my college. The syllabus is designed in such a manner that even can't match the level of syllabus designed at big colleges and very famous universities. I am glad today that I got into this college . At the ease of living in my own home I was able to attend college and classes. The teaching and learning method is quiet impressive than other colleges. A student was never made to feel like that he/she can ever be free .

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I preferred computer science , as this field is going to be in demand for coming next years. The one who is not an expertise in this field will always be a step back with the whole world. The faculty to student ratio is also so good in this college as there are sufficient staff in my college .Each class in my college has some or the other teacher teaching them . Qualification of the teacher is again a matter of choosing that college , almost 75% of the faculties were passed out from the same college and they very well were familiar with the type of teaching method of that college. The term exams were conducted very timely and yes one thing is that you will have to never pay the fees for each term examination as it happens in most of the colleges. The exams were conducted so smoothly and syllabus was covered till that time so easily. And the level of difficulty could easily be judged by reading and solving the previous year question paper of the institute.

Placement Experience

2

From 5th sem onwards one is eligible for placement. Companies are ajjas , Byjus, TCS, align together, Amazon etc. Profiles were mainly business analyst, academic specialist for Byjus in my which I got placed, sales manager etc. High package was offered by Byjus and that was 5.4 LPA and others such as Ajjas offered 4 LPA. Some students were not interested in placement so they quietly prepare for their higher studies and those who were interested were getting selected in either of the companies. My plan would be to go for higher studies and peruse that rather than going for a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is very nominal. Anyone can pay this fees. Again there is a scheme of scholarship for kind of every single student in my college . I can surely say this that about 98% students in my college were eligible for some or the other scholarship offered by our college and some from central govt or state govt. More than 75% were eligible for MMVY scholarship offered by MP state govt . And even I was one of the scholarship holder of this . And the one who were not even able to pay the very nominal fees due to some financial issue in their home, they were relieved of the fees even. Talking about stipend, so yes our college was in collaboration with Internshala and thus students while studying also Pursue some odd internship from there and we're easily earning some of the money to manage their finances.

Campus Life

5

Annual fest in my college was called Tarang . Each of the department took part in any of the events in that fest. It was very excited to wait for that fest. Annually each department also conducts their own department's fest in which the organizers were the senior most students of that particular course and the participants could be either from the same department or of any other too. Overall it was a fun activity. Books were the only source of life in our college . A library with two floors whole of books . So one can imagine the availability was much more than sufficient. Classrooms were so good , proper desks and benches were arranged. Each classroom had a podium for teachers. Extra curricular activities were to be only held annually in my college and during one month before of the Tarang and same goes for sports also. So that the winners could be awarded by that time in Tarang. All departments had their own website that was run by their students.

First of all, this is a government university with low fees, but the faculties were amazing, I choose my course because I want a B.sc degree for approval of a license. The student ratio is nice not so crowdy not so boring. The teaching method was so polite students were asked what they want to ask and the teacher replied to every one of them. Semester-wise exam. Not so difficult to pass.

Admission:

My parents advised me to apply for this college. Cut-offs are often higher as toppers are attracted by this college. I registered using the epravesh website of the MP Government. It was an easy process. After that, I have to get my documents verified at the nearest help center which was in my town itself. After verification, I had to wait for the list to be announced. This is also a completely online process. After you get to know that you are selected, you have to download the call letter and then go to college.
