Remarks

Admission was done with my CAT percentile followed by PI, One can get the application form from the institute website i.e www.empi.ac.in. After filing the application form you will get a call from the institute for further process. The institute faculty are highly educated and professional.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was known to one person who did the same course from EMPI and got a good placement, My first point agenda was to get an excellent placement from the campus. The faculties are highly educated and professional, The modern gurukul environment of the institute is designed in such a way that no students are left with an opportunity of learning. Mostly the faculties are Doctorate and have rich industry and academic experience. The term exams were always conducted on time and it was not too difficult to get a good scores for me

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Reliance, Future Group, Better Mortgage, ICIC Bank, HDFC Bank etc. role offered was intern. The Internship was of 2 month and all the internship was paid internship. Capstone projects, Live projects , Field Projects etc

Placement Experience

From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Paytm, E&Y, Gartner, HCL, TATA Power, Deloit,te, and many more The highest package was 18 LPA and the average was 7 LPA 100% of students get placement My plan after getting the degree are to work hard to get a good position in the corporate world

Fees and Financial Aid

One can get scholarships with the high academic score. I get placed in Paytm with excellent CTC. The summer internship opportunities provided by the institute is great opportnity to get learn about the working culture of corporate. All the internship opportunity which i have received was paid internships.

Campus Life

Mobility Mission Festival was organized in 2019 in which many national and international brands and students have participated. The books and journals are available in the library in both online and offline mode. The classrooms are fully airconditioned with wifi availability. All sports facilities are available including cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, carom, chess etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel carpet area is huge, i have been given facilities like study table, chair, gyser, 24x7 electricity, a neat and clean room and balcony, lush green campus with unlimited wifi facility. The meal facility is available for both veg and non veg people. The quality of food was excellent. Hostel is mandatory as this is a modern gurukul where lots of activities happend even after the regular calsses and one should not miss that.

Interview Experience

Yes, i have faced Ground Discussion round, i and my group have been given topics related to enterprineurship and startups.. For admission you should have any score of CAT,MAT follwed by GD and PI. Gerneral preparation needed for GD and PI, for CAT Mat i was preparing a long back.

LBSIM Delhi : An Institution with Value-driven Management with Elite Finance Infrastructure

Likes

Academic and Tech Facilities : Great Academic Rigor.
Faculty & Placement Strength : Faculty has vast industry experience. Corporate Relations are exceptionally strong.

Dislikes

Campus Size : In the heart of the country, a traditional open-air B-school experience is difficult.
Batch Intake : The intake for flagship PGDM course is high which causes high competition among students for summer internships and placements.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 4th trimester onwards. The placement rate is consistently nearby 100%. Prominent recruiters include Delloite, KPMG, Pwc, EY and market firms like Motilal Oswal, Oxane and ICICI Bank. The average domestic package stands comfortably around 12,40,000 and the top 10% of the batch secures close to over 16,00,000. Prominent roles offered include - Management Trainee, Financial Analyst and Consulting roles for finance students. My immediate plans after the degree is to secure a core placement in an Equity Research Role.

The curriculum is regularly updated to align with current industry trends and include case studies, life, project, lectures, workshop and exponential learning. These initiative help student build practical skills and prepare them for corporate roles.

Dislikes

Campus is relatively small compared to many other premier school limiting availability of large opening space and sports facilities
Some administrative processes can be time consuming especially during admissions and fees related formalities.
The academic schedule is quite rigorous , with frequent assignment presentations,quizzes and project making time management challenging.

Placement Experience:

The pavement opportunities at lbsim are good especially for tier 2 b school the institute has a dedicated placement cell that actively works with recruiters and supports student throughout the placement process. Regular training sessions on aptitude resume building group discussions mock interviews and communications skills help students prepare for campus recruitment.

Industry oriented PGDM with good learning and placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

LBSIM offers good placement support with students becoming eligible after the summer internship. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG,EY ,Infosys, Accenture, ICICI Bank and Wipro visit the campus. The average package is around 12 to 13 lakhs per annum with higher offer offers for top performers, placement support, industry, exposure and alumni guidance are strong. I plan to pursue a business analytics role after completing the course.

Faculty , grid and the administration is really good and supportive . There will be adequate amount of exposure to certain non academic activities too .Campus is also decently spacious and overall canteen and class infrastructure is also good .

Placement Experience:

The placements here is decent , good companies visit here , also the college is now been accredited with AACSB , which will help making the foundation stronger . Highest was 24 lakh , and average of the batch is 12.3 lakh . Almost 90% students get placed at decent position , while the placement cell also support each and every person with their utmost guidance .

faculty is knowledgeable and is very well versed with the industy
this college is AACSB accredited. only 30 colleges in India have that
Learning resource center is amazing with a great variety of books

Dislikes

Campus size is small but competitors have a similar campus size
Sports facility is limited to TT, badminton court

MBA curriculum is well structured and covers the core areas of management including marketing, finance, operations, HR, analytics and AI. Courses are industry oriented, have a case based learning approach and institute's focus on practical management skills rather than only theoritical concepts.

there is no residential campus vibes as it is very small
college ROI is very poor as the fees is high

schedule is very tight and could not get time for self
campus is small and fees could be low as per the roi
low return of investement as pe the fees we are paying

The placements have been getting with every year. Last year, the highest package that any student from this college was able to achieve was about 24,00,000Rs. Students are eligible for the placements by the start of fourth or fifth semester
