Remarks
You don't particularly need to get a percentage. There are 2 ways to get admission either you get indirectly or through counselling if you have given JEE Main exam and scored good in it and depending on your score you will get a scholarship whether you choose direct admission you will get a scholarship based on the 12th marks and if counselling than your JEE Main score
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Mechanical Engineering because that's what I have I interest in and I will pursue that later on as well. The faculty here is really great they really focus on your studies. The teachers are well qualified for the job. There are 2 class tests, one after every month and then your end sem and it's always difficult to crack an exam if you don't study
Internships Opportunities
Infosys, Patanjali, Amazon, Cisco, sainik and there are many other companies in which the students can get placed if their interview goes well. You have to make your final year projects and put every last effort into it
Placement Experience
Around 90 per cent of the students get placed with the average package which honestly is not much and the placement for the CS branch is good but other branches have to fight on their own to get a good package. I will be doing my masters once I am done with B.Tech
Fees and Financial Aid
Compared to other colleges the fees is not really much in a total of 4 years it's around 5 lakhs which includes almost everything (not hostel). I received a scholarship of 40 thousand based on my 12th class result.
Campus Life
Utkarsh is the annual fest and there are a few tech fests. There are a good amount of books in the library for students to read whether it be subject books or non-fictional kinds. The classroom is well equipped with fans and some even have AC. There are plenty of sports you can play. 2 badminton courts, big ground for field activities. There are many societies in the college like the literary Society, tech society
