KCG College of Technology is an autonomous college affiliated with Anna University. Admission procedure, eligibility criteria, and other details can be found on KCG College's official website. The admission procedures and the process was based on our 10th and 12th marks and cutoff marks. I got admission here through counseling with anna university.

As I'm pursuing BTech in Information Technology, I felt the department as an environment not only to look out for academic results and a place where one's skills are identified and nurtured. Faculties are encouraging and approachable for any help. Professors are subject matter expertise and project the subject content in a way one can understand easily.

Internships Opportunities

Students can apply for internship roles that are related to their stream to enhance their approach to work. The college conducts various hackathons and hiring challenges. I got placed in Virtusa through their Hackathon.

KCG College has a placement rate above 90%. Companies like HCL, Virtusa, Zoho, TCS, Infosys, Hexaware, Gaavs, Cisco, and many more reputed companies visit the college for recruitment. Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. College provides training for placements from the first year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for different courses, opportunities for scholarship, financial assistance, placement details, and other pieces of information can be found on the official website of KCG College or by directly visiting the college. The college provided Value added programs and job-oriented Training. The fee structure for one year is 91000 for government quota students and it is different for students who joined through management. Scholarships are given to students by the college management.

The campus provides exposure to various activities such as horse riding, sports, hackathons, clubs, symposiums, and many more. Life at KCG College of Technology is good for students to excel in academics and other accomplishments. There is a well-digitized library that provides engineering books, magazines, journals, etc. Classrooms provide students to discuss and learn from presentations and lectures. There are many clubs for students like quiz club, toastmasters club, coding club, singing, dancing, etc.

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.
