Remarks

For getting eligibility we need to crack the Polycet exam with a very good rank for a seat in my college and we can get the application form from the admission block no fee was charged and I hadn't availed any reservation benefits.

The mechanical engineer get very good opportunities in PSUs and also in private companies so I choose this course and the faculty: student ratio is 1:10 which is best and the faculty was very highly qualified as they were appointed by the state government they teach very effectively and the exams were moderate to pass

The 6th semester of my graduation consists of internships and project work so I had done my internships in Nagarjuna fertilizer co limited for my 6 months internships and also done certification course in auto CAD and CATIA software and I had done a project work on the power generation using footstep bearing mechanism

After finishing the 4th semester with no backlogs students will be eligible for campus placements and companies like KIA motors Bharathi casting syska Wipro and NFCL visit my college with around 200+ offers and the highest package was 9 lakhs and the average package was 150000 and around 20% get placed and I want to study higher education after getting my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

My college was managed by the state government so I have very less fees when compares to other private colleges I have to pay an admission fee of 1800 and tuition fee of 3300 per year and I don't have to pay the tuition fee as we are eligible by full fee reimbursement and I am also eligible to get a scholarship of 1850 per year from the state government

Campus Life

There were many fests celebrated in my college the annual day is celebrated in March and the tech fest is conducted in October we have a general library where we can find any book regarding our branch and no amenities were provided in my classroom and sports day and extra circular activities were conducted once a year we don't have a social group but have college website

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Infosys, Wipro, Lenovo, and Aditya Birla. The offers are averagely 4 to 5. The highest average annual package offered by the companies is 5 lakh. The percentage of the students who are getting the placements is an average of 70% to90%. My plan after completion of my degree is to start a business of my own.

College is totally excellent providing great values of education and knowledge. According to me GIET is the one of the Huge engineering College like no any other. Especially in East Godavari region. But due to free Wi-Fi most of the students are spoiling spending time in college with mobiles and games. I think it's better to block all other sites social media sites and games. except educational sites.

Remarks:

Positives are good faculty nice area peaceful library good ground nice bus transportation well furnished labs and library good furniture in class rooms high end PC's in it labs good teaching of communication skills. 1.I choose Andhra Polytechnic Kakinada for better education it is one of the best Polytechnic college in Andhra Pradesh but my admission was confirmed in government Polytechnic Vijayawada this is also a best college in Andhra Pradesh but I think APK is better than GPV. 2.yes rejected the Andhra Polytechnic Kakinada because of my polycet rank is 31k that is my mistake so I can accept for rejection 3.10th and ITI also intermediate students can eligibility of diploma course process is write the exams of polycet conducted in several places in Andhra Pradesh get a rank in exam next counselling dates are fixing them for certificate verification then u can apply colleges then college faculty is accept of your request.
