Remarks

The admission process is very simple and easy. There is an excellent staff. In the college is no reservation system. The admission form can be taken from reception. The registration fee for the college is only 800. There is a separate staff in the form of admission staff for getting admission to the college.

I choose this course because I like to know about coding. The staff of the college is very nice. All staff doing higher education in their respective fields. All staff teaching method is so good. it is a bit difficult to pass the term exam.

The internship opportunities are so good. Many top MNC companies roles offered like software developer, web developer, and PHP developer for internship. The campus internship program is fabulous. this is the best college of engineering,

5th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. The average package of the college is 2 LPA and the highest package is 10 LPA. companies like Hexaware technologies Quess corp limited Mphasis limited cognizant Eclerx oracle WNS global Adobe system Trigent etc. visit for the placement of B tech and BCA students in the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee structure is very simple. over the course, the fee is 34800 for the first year and 28000 for the remaining two years. there are various kinds of scholarships like central scholarship, state scholarship, and ST/SC scholarship.

Campus Life

The college building structure is too good and the college campus is so big and full fill of trees or other various types of plants. The central library of the college is very good and books are available for all types of courses. various types of games and fests keep happening on the college campus.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 3rd year i.e from 5th semester for engineering students . The university invites more than 150 companies every year. Some of the major recruiters of GEU, Dehradun are Samsung, Wipro, Axis Bank, Vodafone, HCL, Genpact, Syntel and IBM. The package depends on the course you have opted for , like for engineering students the average package this year was 8 lakhs and the maximum package was 48 lakhs whereas for BCA students the maximum package is 6-7 lakhs. Almost all the students get placed except for 1 or 2 . Even they get placed after some traning provided by the college. Currently I don't have any plans regarding future , I am just trying to make my present the best and then let's see how the future unfolds.

Remarks:

My group possibly the last bunch with full time uniform so that is up in the air. The library has grown up quickly. For the underlying year you'll get books which you can peruse however later on the correct reading material are not given by the library. You have to approach the instructor's for PDFs, PPTs and so forth. Workstation is must for making due here in UPES. You have to experience some futile online courses with week by week assignments. In the event that you are remaining in bidholi, at that point transport accommodation for late night won't be available.

Remarks:

Positive comment about college is the best faculty and environment for studies. The negative remark is that a much better can be done for job placements and internships provided by the college. Till now it is not up to its best. If it will get improved more students will get a chance to prove themselves. And some big MNC must be called for internships and company placements.

An Honest Overview about my College

I didn't applied to many colleges but went to some and did some research. I found PGI the best college under my reach. No, i didn't got rejected. Infact i applied in this college and got 10% discount for 1st year only on my tution fee that is Rs.3200. To take admission in PGI, the candidate must register itself with the college, fill the admission form, submit the necessary documents like 10th & 12th Marksheet, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Aadhaar Card, etc. And pay some part of his tution fee.
