Remarks
Eligibility of this course Diploma in Electronics and Communication is 10th pass from any board. I had completed my 10th from CBSE board in Rajkot city and then full ACPDC Counseling form and paid 300rs fees. Then after choosing Government Polytechnic Rajkot in Counseling I got admission and paid 1500rs as 1year fees and went for offline documents verification. Reservation Benefits might be their but I didn't get any.
Course Curriculum Overview
GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC RAJKOT is one of the cheapest college in Rajkot as it charges only 4500 for 3years. And I found opportunities in electronic and Communication so I chosen this course. Their are one or two faculty for every subject. Some faculty also take more then one subject. One exam is taken by our faculty and another end semester is taken by GTU in every semester.
Placement Experience
In final year of our Diploma we get eligible for placement and I attempt the GTPL placement but I did't get the job with satishfing salery so I chosed to go for further study. Most of students chosed to get degree and some were placed in copanies like Gtpl Rajkot, Gtpl, Jamnagar, etc .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for entire course is 4500 or we can say 1500 for one year. The fees was constant for all 3years from 2018 to 2021. Scholarship were their like MYSY, Digital Gujrat and some other also existed but general category students doesn't get any Scholarship.
Campus Life
Their is no techfest in Government Polytechnic Rajkot. But internal competion and projects were assigned in group as well as individual. College have decent libraries with not great collection but have sufficient course books related to syllabus. Spots faculties are very poor. Their were no social groups or clubs but Government funds NCC and NSS is their.
