Remarks
The Eligibility for getting admission into B.com is one should have passed 10+2 with 40% aggregate in any stream. In the next step, you have to register on the TS-DOST website and after filling in the correct Academic and Personal details you have to select the colleges on the basis of preference e.g 1 for higher and 5 for lower preference. There is no Entrance test admission into selected college is purely based on a 10+2 score. The application fee is Rs 400 and the admission fee would be around Rs 500 - 3000. There is a reservation facility for Sc/St caste students. Overall the admission process is hassle-free and very convenient because there is no entrance test.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course curriculum is Very good it gives good insight into the subjects so that students can remember for a long time. It is a three-year course with 2 semesters every year. I choose this course because I like Commerce very much and also the faculty at Ethames college is highly experienced and have exceptional qualification skills. They concentrate more on practical based learning. The faculty-student ratio in my college is 2:50 which is very good in my view. Every semester we had 2 term exams which helps students to know how much they are prepared for semester exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for B.com at Ethames is Rs 40000 per year which is I think less than other colleges. There are some extra fees like Library/labs which is excluded from the tuition fee. You can apply for State or Central Scholarship if you fulfil the eligibility your tuition fee will be paid by the government you just have to pay extra fees. you can know more details and apply for a scholarship at the TS-EPASS website the application will be Rs 250.No financial assistance is provided by the college administration. Also, there are no jobs on campus.
Campus Life
The campus life at Ethames college is Amazing there are a lot of things to do while studying. A lot of fests happen in the college every year but the Annual Fest is very exciting many programs and competitions are held on that day. There is a big playground for games and extracurricular activities. Entertainment aside the student life in this college is very good. The library has all the books needed anytime. The labs are fully equipped and the Classrooms are spacious with good infrastructure. The college website is designed very well all the details are available anytime.
