Remarks

Underwent Anna University counselling based on the 12th-grade marks cut-off. Anna University will arrange counselling for students to apply for anna university affiliated colleges. Based on the cutoff mark, one will be grouped and called in order. During the time, one has the flexibility to choose the college of their likeness, if there is a vacancy in the interested college.

Professors at KCG are well-versed in their fields and are always courteous and approachable. The academic curriculum is clearly taught. One can score better grades on their end semester exams by attending regularly their usual classes.

Placement training begins in the first year to prepare students for the final year placement drive. Every student will have gained sufficient knowledge to be industry-ready by the conclusion of their third year. Many Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) have been made with famous companies in order to provide greater possibilities for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

During my time and based on my grades, fees were around 90,000 annually along with the tuition fees, books fees, placement training fees and miscellaneous. There are opportunities for scholarships and financial assistance.

In the first year, students will be asked to join one of the clubs provided in the college. They provide both technical and non-technical clubs and students has the flexibility to choose based on their area of interest. Every year symposiums, workshops, hackathons will be conducted by individual departments.

Registration process are simple and will be guided by officials in the office. They facilitate single sharing, double, triple and four sharing rooms along with attached and non-attached washrooms. Other facilities like homely atmosphere, regular water supply, hygenic cuisines and safety.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.
