SV University is the one of reputed universities. One can easily join the college by only writing the entrance exam which is called now EAPCET. Seats are allotted rank-wise and category-wise. For a good branch, you have scored in the exam

Course Curriculum Overview

Now it is corona pandamic, the exams are conducted very late. Paper correction is very strict. The exam paper for the university students was taken from the head of JNTU'S Kakinada. It is very difficult compared to all autonomous colleges.

Every student in the college has to do atleast one internship, for example, EEE students have to intern at the near electric substation. College offers to the students to do internships by making them more exciting with rewards.

Come to placements, here placements which offered by companies in college is less compared to AICTE private colleges. Here pass percentage in overall 4 years is nearly 70 percent. So placement is less, companies now are seeing marks only, there not recognizing talent.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here the fee structure is the same for all students, it is 15000. And now it is located in Andhra Pradesh, so all the fee is reimbursed by the AP government, only you are eligible for the scheme. You can apply for all the other scholarships by private companies from the college

Campus Life

SV UNIVERSITY is spread over nearly a thousand acres, all are available in the college. All the campus is covered with green trees and a hostel for both boys and girls is within the campus. The college is awesome for studies.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel for both girl students and boy students is available within the campus. It's very near to the college classrooms, so everyone can easily go to class. The food in the hostel is good. Only seat allotment students can get seats in the hostel.

Think and investigate before you join in any college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester we will get eligible for placements but at 7th semester we have to do internships. So, those we will do internship at 8th semester will attend that placements. They will show companies like Facebook,Google , Amazon , ISRO in their websites. But actual companies what we get are Surya tech solutions, AR tech solutions, paltech ,and other Chennai based companies. Especially for Electronics and communication technology they will not provide any better placements when compared to other departments.
