Remarks

To get eligible for Diploma in Electronic And Communications from Government Polytechnic Rajkot I have completed my 10th from CBSE board and then went for counseling of ACPDC by filling the form online and payed 300rs fees. Then results were declared and I got addmition in Government Polytechnic Rajkot and this college is in same city. Addmition process was online but for documents verification we had to visit college offline at campus. It is affiliated to GTU

Course Curriculum Overview

Instead of going for traditional education I chosen this diploma course because I don't to study unwanted things which are not useful in my job so I decided to chose It and learn practical things. For entire class we have 2 faculties in each Subject and teachers are M.E or M.tech and with lots of experience. We have to appear in 2 exam in 1semester . 1st is mid semester and another is end semester. For end semester we have to pay additional exam fees around 800rs.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Placement Experience

In final semester we get eligible for placement but most of students opt for higher education and get degree. So placement are not much considered in our college but Companies like GTPL-Rajkot, GTPL-Jamnagar , etc visit college to recruit students from college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Their are no fees hike policy in government colleges of Gujrat so we had to pay just 1500 fees per year and girls don't have to pay any fees. We can avail scholarship once in a year but applicable to students from specific cast only I.e. backward class. Their are 2 scholarship MYSY and Digital Gujrat.

Campus Life

As our college is Polytechnic college and we have only diploma in engineering courses their is no techfest in college but internal competition are organized frequently. College have decent library not having much books but sufficient for syllabus. Sports facilities are very poor. College have NCC, And NSS only.

Fees and Financial Aid:

My yearly fees is (75,000 rupees).I am paying it in two part 15,000 and 22,000 in every semester. My tuition fees is 15,000 and university fees is 22,000. Registration fees of diploma is 500 and admission fees is 500 nothing else. Fees are some for all my batchmates including all categories. If you have more than 80% in ssc.Then you get 7 to 8% scholarships from university. If you have network in parul you can get more scholarship

They are only interested is taking mony. And they don't help you to get a external scholarship which is giving by gujrat government. They are not giving us 10th or 12th marksheet and leaving certificate. They are so bad in helping us. ?
