Remarks

I Found it was very simple to take up the admission process on campus as there were admission people to guide me to the entire process. The team has explained the entire admission process, the eligibility process, filling up the application forms, and the various scholarships available through the government sector.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's one of the best colleges to study for the ECE department. All the department faculty were highly qualified and the way they approached the class was excellent. They guided us in all aspects towards exams where we come out with flying colors.

Internships Opportunities

We got internships in the companies like Virtusa, Hexaware, Exitermedi, Cisco, Where our students got exposure to the various live projects. The Outcome of the internship is that they learned the process involved in the projects which needed to be there when we went to go for the live projects.

Placement Experience

From the Second year onwards we are getting paid internships which will be converted into placement by the end of 3rd year. Companies like Zoho, Virtusa, TCS, Infosys, Hexaware, Accenture, Wipro, CISCO, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

One of the best things I found in the KCG College of Technology, is that once the fee structure is defined by them during the admission, there is no change in the structure. They offer more scholarships to deserving students. When it comes to placements I would like to rate them as one of the best. There was a separate team of faculty who takes care of technical training, non-technical training in line with the industry standard for both core companies as well as IT Companies.

Campus Life

Plenty of Text Books are available in line with the curriculum as per the university syllabus both in the central library as well as in the department library. Sufficient tables are available, Good Ventilation and fitted with Projectors Have a good playground for the sports like football, volleyball, tennis, cricket and indoor stadium for Ball Badminton, Chess. Various non-technical clubs to develop us skills in various filed.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.
