Remarks

Good college with friendly environment and has wonderful teaching staff with proper practical and theory studies and great placement opportunities and also also its in the center of pune so everything is had handful distance.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course wasnot upto date we were learning through 2013 published syllabus and being in computer field it wasn't upto mark talking about faculty everyone was friendly specially our batch teachers 2018-19

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

Personally i didn't apply for any job,but usually there are 4 round and 60% of were students are placed successfully in companies like Wipro, TCS.A startup from group of students was to create a single portal for all NGO which would be beneficial for everyone.

College Events

Campus life was awesome specially the college festival where there were food stalls and many great activities to participate into and even technical games like quiz and web development and similar things.

Campus Life

Infrastructure wise it looked good on the outside but from inside it was totally opposite and and old ,like good but not great , library was pretty good where we could explore alot ,lab equipment were old enough really needed an update.

Inside Life at GHRCEM: Placement, Faculty and Campus Reality

Placement Experience:

Placement at GH Raisoni College Of Engineering and Management are moderate, especially for CSE/AI Student . Students become eligible from the 7th sem. companies like TCS, Infosys, and WIPro visit the campus. The higher package goes upto around 8-10 LPA, and the average Package is 3-4 LPA. Around 60-75% of students get placed. After graduation, i plan to work in software/AI roles and improve my skills through internship and Certifications.

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

The college life is journey not a goal

Placement Experience:

Some people get good internship and opportunities where are some people have to find it on their own it's same in every college but most probably not gives the best education in our department. My plans after getting degree are to have job for experience and do my pg later.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for placements from the 6th semester, but they have to complete the whole 8 semester to start working. Companies like L&T, HCC, J Kumar, TATA Projects are our major recruiters, many MNCs and other top company like to hire from NICMAR. The college has genuine 100% placement, the students who generally do not get placed are ones who have family business or startups. After completing the degree and mostly interested in a job for the 1 to 2 years to gain some experience. Then I may consider options like higher studies or a business.
