Remarks

It is in my city and some of my friends were with me. Excellent Study environment and other facilities such as Library, Playgrounds, Labs, Air Conditioning Class Rooms. Well Educated Staff, Better Campus placement

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus was upto date. There were 2 industrial visits every year. Faculties were Superb. I never forget Dr. Satveer Kaur for her fabulous lecture delivery. She was management professor. All the staff had sound technical knowledge

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, I have done Internship from IMRB- Kantar Group. It was a Market Research Company. I have got 10000 INR stipend every month.

Placement Experience

There were many Industies/Companies visited every Year for Campus Placement such as IBM, Hero Cycles, Tech Mahindra etc. There were many Rounds for Selection of an Candidate: GD, Personal Screening, Written Interview, Observation of Candidates etc.

College Events

There were Annual functions every year in College Auditorium. Every Occasion/festival such as Diwali, Teej, Lohri got celebrated in our college. There were many cultural activities and Exhibitions: Arts & Technical. Where students showoff there projects.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got Scholarship for Caste Based: SC Category. My whole feed were wave off. I had only submitted my admission fees of 15000INR and other Exams fees of 900 INR every 6 months and some other fees for Activities.

Campus Life

There were Two large play Grounds. Also a gym area. Centralized wifi facility. A big Airconditioning library with a huge Collection of Technical & Non-Technical Books. Labs were fully equipped with all technical instruments and systems.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good and cover every aspects of learning and skills needed in today's time but it feels the semester get over to fast in around 3.5 months with 3 exams and lab exam. They should provide the real learning based on a student interest some student are good in coding but they lack to communicate better, they should focus on that part also as they also do in many cases by giving subjects like soft skills and communication skills every sem.The teacher should not be reading the ppt only . We can do that also why we are paying that much fees just to learn from a teacher who is just reading the slides.

6th Semester Students Become Eligible for Campus Placements Companies which comes in university - Amazon,Google , Microsoft,IBM, Adobe,Qualcomm etc they made offers from 10 LPA to 1 CR or more Highest Package was 54.75 LPA with international package 1.7 Cr Average Package 8LPA Percentage of students getting placed were more that 90% My plan after degree is to get a decent Package from a reputed company and get settled

amazing college life with full of fun and enjoyment

I choose b Pharmacy cause i want to learn about the medicine I take also it helps me in better understanding how the chemicals work as we take medicine and also some other chemical properties improvement should be done in the case of more Pratical work as it should give us more and more pratical work rather then theory part . Time of the exams was good as proper days were given to prepare and difficulty level was normal not that hard any one can pass if they study properly

Experienced faculty and helpful Training/Placement cell

To be honest, Its upto the student and his skills which can land him in a job. The college can refer him to some companies but clearing the interview is upto his own skills.
