Entrance Preview

I took MAT entrance exam, I scored 80% in MAT and opted this college as its a good institution among those Institution, which allows admission through MAT. The faculty members are highly experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was good as theory and practical both have balanced percentage in this. PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a course in which student should learn the practical things with Case studies and It has all the things in the curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, College provide it. Many companies visit Apeejay during the period of Internship. Most of the companies provide 3000 INR - 5000 INR but some companies do not provide stipend as its depends upon company's policy.

Placement Experience

Placement service was very good before 2011-2013 batch but during the time of this Batch, Placement cell was suffering from lack of leadership, while their was 2-3 person.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is feasible 60000 total fees. First semester- 150,000 INR, Second semester- 150,000 INR, Third semester- 150,000 INR, Fourth semester- 150,000 INR. After every 6 month they take 1 lac 50 thousand.

Faculty members of this institution is highly educated and very knowledgeable as most of faculty has experience in Business course teaching experience. Specially when we talk about Marketing faculty they have corporate experience in this also. The Finance faculty is very good and Communication classes are wonderful.

Placement Experience:

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

A bittersweet experience

Placement Experience:

Summer placements starts within 3 months of joining, there are a couple of good names recruiting and they all come in the first few months, after that its a struggled. The situtation is much better for finals and we acheive almost a 100% placements for finals every year. The placement average has been stable at around 14 lakhs per year for a while now.

As I Have intrest in finance form starting that is why I have selected this course. Student Faculty Ration is nice its similar like regular college. And their is different Faculty for different subject and they teach so well. All the faculty are PHD degree holder. Their teaching style is also good lke they teache in an interactive way which make us lear fast and we will remember that for long time as they teache with real life example. Opportunities at DFS in terms of placement are enough for every student to get placed. Having started the career with salary and profile offered at DFS is a very good start for anyone. The highest package here is about 18lacs with median and average package being 10 and 12 respectively.
