Remarks

At my time, admission was based on the marks scored by the students in their respective board's exam and the minimum criteria was 60% but right now the college is taking an entrance exam for the admission and if you perform well in that to get the admission in the college. The application form can be found in the college only. College should provide it on their website so it would be easy for the students to access it rather than going to the campus and then filling the form. The admission process has been improved as the college is now taking an exam which I found is the best way to get admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

I have opted B.Pharm in this college because I have heard from the students that the college provides good education and placements in this course. Overall faculty is good, some faculty members are from the south and they are extremely talented. Teachers interact with almost every student so it makes it easy for students to ask any doubt or anything else. There are almost 60 students in each batch. There are two exams that we have to give one is Mid-term and another is End-term and it is done timely in every semester. In my opinion, exams are not that much tough if you are good at studies then you will easily able to score good marks but the practicals are one which I found a little bit tough.

Placement Experience

2

Generally, at the end of the third year that is from the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. As I have been told by a senior that Tata, Mahindra, etc. have visited the campus. The highest package offered by the company was 1.5 LPA and the average package is 1 LPA. Almost 50% of students got placed every year in college. After getting the degree I will prepare for a government job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are not that high if you compare them with others colleges. We have to pay 40 thousand in the first semester which includes admission fees too and then after we have to pay 35 thousand per semester. The fees hike policy is that they increase the fees almost every two or three years but the increased fee is not that enough that someone will not able to pay. The college doesn't provide any Scholarshipss but you can get financial assistance through the Bihar Student Credit card Scheme with the help of government. As I am in 2nd Year right now so I havent been placed yet but the seniors are getting placed in different companies so I am hopeful that I will get placed too.

Campus Life

3

There are no annual fest or any kind of tech fest in the college, but farewell parties and welcome parties for the outgoing and incoming batches are thrown by the college. The library is good and all the needed books can be found there by the students. All the classrooms have smartboards in them which makes studying easier for students in tough topics. Annual sports function is held at every year in the college. There is a separate volleyball, basketball court and futsal ground. There are no social groups, clubs or websites for students run by students.
