Remarks
After completing my ug with B.Com from SRM Degree and PG college I applied for ts Icet entrance test in which I got 40000 rank. In ICET you have to select preferred colleges as I did from SRM I selected It for MBA too. There are no bad remarks about the college the only thing is that no placements happen in the college. MBA is a 2 years course with 4 semesters everyone knows that. Anyone who has a UG of 50% can apply for the TS ICET entrance exam and enrol for MBA good luck in future.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I said earlier the course is for 2 years with 4 semesters each 6 months. In my college, they used to conduct 3 midterm exams every semester which are not hard if u attend college regularly and study well. I took this course because I like accounting and business very much. The faculty members have good skills and experience they take time and explain everything not complete fast like others. The faculty-student ratio is 2:21. The lecturers use content based teaching methods for easy understanding.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee for mba in SRM is 27000 you can pay it in installment basis but I got a scholarship so i didn't need to pay any fees anyone can apply for scholarship on state government portal but there are some eligibility criteria read it first the scholarship name is TS Minority scholarship scheme. There is lab and library fees which is 3000 per year. Overall the course in this college is very affordable for everyone. There are no jobs on campus you have work outside. It will cost you around 70000 for whole course.
Campus Life
The college campus is very big there are playgrounds and gym facilities. The social life of students is very good. It also has a library where books are always available. The canteen is not that good food is expensive. Each year many fests happen in the college which is enjoyable. A big cricket tournament also happens which has 50k prize money. Classrooms are not good there are old benches no projector facility. There are no social groups in college. There is a prayer hall to pray for students. Other than some minor drawbacks the college is very good.
Hostel Facilities
my hostel fees was 60000 per year which i think is slightly on the expensive side considering the rooms are very bad and the food is not at good.there was not AC in the room.we got served non veg only on sunday.for registration you have to contact college administration.after one year I left hostel and joined PG hostel vanyaka pg hostel near the college which is very affordable anf better than the college hostel.There the meal was good and room had good infrastructure.
