Remarks

Admission into the MBBS course is through the NEET UG entrance examination. You can apply for the exam through its official website. The cutoff in the year 2018 was 450 which increased gradually to 525 in 2021. Apply for counseling through the DME website and go with all the required documents to the allotted college.

The academics are up to the mark here. There are 150 students per batch. In the first year, there are three subjects. All the departments have great faculties. They are concerned for the students and take timely assessments and are prompt in feedback. Internal assessment exams are taken to challenge the students' abilities.

Internships Opportunities

The internship is the last year of MBBS. Duties have are to be performed in the attached hostel. You will rotate in different departments for a particular period of time in each department. A file has to be maintained for all the cases.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for the year 2020 was 11,45,000. This keeps increasing every year. There is a separate fee for the hostel and miscellaneous charges for files, aprons, etc. The tuition fee can be fully paid through MMVY if you are eligible for it. There are other scholarships such as post-matric, sambal, etc.

Campus Life

An annual fest is held usually in the months between December and February. Sports, academics, and cultural committees collaborate to organize a fabulous week full of enthusiasm. There's a central library where you can study and borrow books from.

Hostel Facilities

The fee for a hostel is 1 lakh. There are two students per room and every room has a bathroom. There's a mess in the hostel which provides meals four times a day. The food is prepared according to the predecided menu. Food quality is not up to the standards but okay.
