Remarks

I took admission through A.K.T.U. entrance exam. My score was 200, based on the result I filled list of colleges, during counceling I got this college. I had to physically report here on the given date.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am pursuing B.tech. with computer science and engineering, as you know that it is a very booming field of interest. I, personally chose this course because I am intrested in AI. There is approx 50 student under one faculty. so i think this it is not a big no. of students for one faculty.

Class Size: 94Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Students become eligible for internships by the fourth semester. Faculty askes every student to make their own project based on any technical topic. companies like Wipro, byju's come here for an internship.

Placement Experience

From the sixth and seventh semesters, students become eligible for campus placement. The names of some companies are: Amzon, Vipro, Byju's, mother dairy ect. Student get average package of 6LPA . Approx 90 percent students get placement. Every student have their own and different goals but I want to go for masters after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Because I belong to general catagory so I had to pay more than other catagory students. Fees varies for different catagories. Scholarship: If you don't belong to the general catagory then you can get scholarship from your first year, but if you belongs to general catagory then you can get scholarship from 2nd year.

Campus Life

Campus life is average for first-year students, but they receive a fabulous fresher's party from the seniors. Events are organized from time to time. The library is well maintained. Laboratories are also well maintained.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is also very good. Free wi-fi is available with of good connection speed. Rooms are availabe with AC as well as without AC. Sweepers clean rooms daily. Food of mess is also above average quality. Sometimes you may get low quality food but oftenly it is good. If you rent a room or PG it will cost approx same, one main advantage of being a hostler is you can save a lot of time.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%
