The admission process is simple you have to apply for an entrance exam held by the college i.e. BILAT Bihar Institute of Law admission test. The application form is rs.800 available through the college office and it is easy to pass. There are reservation benefits for sc st and obc students. They are provided a 20 percent discount on the fees and different forms. The exams are often held in May, June and students have to pass the exam to get admission followed by a viva.
