BEST COLLEGE IN NASHIK

First of all, I applied to 3-5 colleges for admission my First preference was KK WAGH POLYTECHNIC. After the 1st CAP Round, I got selected in KK WAGH POLYTECHNIC and decided to freeze the seat as it is the best college in Nashik city. After that, I got admission in the open category I opted for a minority scholarship because at that time I wasn't aware of the EBC scholarship Minimum marks were about 60% but high merit is needed to get admission to KK WAGH POLYTECHNIC because there is tough competition to go in this college. I remember when I went for admission we have to fill 2-3 forms submit our original documents and we will receive back those documents in 6 months. When I got admission to college on the very first day the whole campus was shown by the faculty.

I opted for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as it was my interest from before. I am very fond of cars and bikes. All faculty were very good and HOD sir is very polite and explain in a very good manner. All faculties are very much qualified and in this pandemic situation, they explained very well through online mode. As in diploma, the semester ends within 3-4 months, therefore, we hardly get 1 month for studies in that also we try to submit assignment and practical it is not so difficult to pass you can easily pass if you understand all the concepts taught by a teacher.

The internship is awarded by the college but the college keeps decision upon you that u have to select the internship that they offer or you want to do an internship in your selected industry. As in pandemic, I decided to do an internship by finding an industry that was suitable for me. But when the pandemic was going I did an internship near my house because at that time that was flexible for me.

From the 5th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement. Approximately you get a package of up to 3-4 LPA. The highest package offered is 11 LPA. Approximately 70-75% of students get placed. All students are satisfied with the salary and Placements.

I got admitted to this college in the year 2018, that time fee was about 55000 but now this year in 2021 it has increased to 71000. In the year 2018, I applied for a minority scholarship so I get 25000 as a scholarship in instalments. The first instalment of 12500 and second are as follows. But if u opt for an EBC scholarship you have to pay half the tuition fees. And Internships are also provided by the college but no stipend is provided.

The annual fest which is held in KK WAGH POLYTECHNIC is named SPARSH and it is conducted usually in January. There are 6-7 days each day you can dress up in different styles. All types of books are available in the library as the library is huge and space is provided to sit peacefully and read books. Amenities provided in the classroom are a projector, fans. There is a separate area for football, cricket volleyball, basketball and a gym is also provided in college in that section u can play table tennis, carrom board and many extra circular activities are carried out throughout the year. Many Instagram handles are run by the students of KK WAGH.
