My college name is Apollo engineering college at kothapakkam near Queensland I took this college for ranking in the top 40at a time maybe is ranking is 34, OBC. Minimum mark enough 750 age 17 or 18. The admission process is usual.

I am interested in the automobile field and I like mechanical engineering and it is a very old engineering career. The faculty in my college is very good and also strict. In the mechanical department student nearly 350, faculty 38. Qualifications of faculty are ME some professor finished PHD teaching method is like school.

Internships Opportunities

I do an internship in HSI for 1 month and I did an internship in NEYVELI LIGNITE CORPORATION INDIA NLCI at 1 month process. My project is the design and fabrication of a composite shaft the ultimate role of this project is to impress the driving shaft.

8 semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies that visited previous batch names are MRF, BANK, RANE, TVS LUCAS. Average package companies offered nearly twenty thousand. The percentage is more than 75%. Joining employee in TATA motors.

Fees and Financial Aid

I joined the college in 2017 the college management. Clearly tells about the book fees tuition, hostel, and etc. After college management never change or increase the fees policy Normal student scholarship I get from the University. Campus interview not conducted by the college.

I'm my college every year compulsorily conducted the farewell every year he invited the celebrity for guest college management even invited sivakarthi, Surya, SJ Surya continuous year. Books are vastly available in my college library. very good in the classroom. very good every year conducted sport meet by department wise and give trophies and medals.

Hostel Facilities

In the hostel very large room it has two fans and lights four cart four members for one room. Quality of meal is terrific idly dosa for the morning, sambar,appalam veg rice for the afternoon, chapati, parotta for the night. The registration process for the process is simple.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

Placement Experience:

There is many opportunities given by the collage placement they give training. For placenta and they have some fees structure for placement and that I have paid 2 times 12500 for placement training there are no of opportunities and many companies give good offers for students.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

Campus placements in our college usually start from 6th semester. Students are regulary trained for placements from the 1st year both in aptitude and coding skills. Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

LIFE IN Apollo engineering college

Apollo engineering college is one of the colleges under ANNA UNIVERSITY. There are two types of admission are there first is counseling and other one is management quota. I joined this college through counseling. For counseling we have to apply online then they call for counseling according to Ranking. However, now complete counseling become online. Admission criteria are completing 12th or equivalent with register board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Total 60 seats are available on counseling for the computer science and engineering department for this college. Another way to get admission is in the management quota. APOLLO ENGINEERING COLLEGE

In our college, we had the well-equipped infrastructure, there is a workshop separately for the Mechanical department which is very helpful and can use as a workspace for projects too. There is library basketball court even football ground and also each department has there own labs and faculties. The faculty members are well trained and qualified, they teach us everything about the subject and they guided us throughout our curriculum.
