Gaya college of engineering gaya Civil engineering. 2k16 batch. Passout-2020. 8.13 cgpa. Gate 2021 qualified. Prism company is coming every year from 2019 to my college for the placement of civil engineering students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil engineering is the most basic core branch in my college. Per 60 students there is a teacher/faculty. Best teaching skills along with understanding. All vacancies are filled through tequip-3 an mhrd program.

Internships Opportunities

Every year during summer, civil engineering students will go for a 45days internship at Roorkee, which is known for its civil engineering personality. There they performed many lab tests and in the end, they were nominated by a valuable certificate under the name of the irrigation research institute, Roorkee.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students are ready to take placement. Companies like prism are the dominant company for the placement of civil fresher engineering students. Companies like Accenture, HCL are known for the placement of cse and eee students.

Fees and Financial Aid

One time admission fee 19730 for general or obc students. One time admission fee of 7500 for sc/st students. And approx rs 2500 per semester for general students and 750 per semester for sc/st students examination fee will be charged.

Campus Life

Annual fest sumedha is conducted annually once a year. Tech fest Graviton is conducted once a year. Along with this Saraswati puja, fresher party, farewell party, welcome party all are conducted for each batch from their seniors/juniors.

Hostel Facilities

Purified water, 24hrs electricity. Generators facilities, free wifi with a good speed playground, ambulance and first aid medical facilities along with chai Dhaba 24 hrs is provided in the hostel. I think it's good for a Bihar governed college.

Reality of the intership

Campus placement was good as I came but it is degrading year to year, this year only 30 percent of ece students are placed, no more company of ece core came here ece and cse get same job as no of students increased in my batch 300 and ece 250 thus in 2027 placement will become worst , Upsc, gate, ssc these are end things

ROI of GCE Gaya is great

I have also applied for some other colleges but I didn't get it because I am not shortlisted in my dream desired college. I choose this college because it have less fee compare to others and the ROI of my college is great. To get admission in Gaya College of engineering we have to appear in JEE Main exam and they apply for BCECE UGEAC counseling for get admission in Bihar Engineering colleges.
