Remarks

I have applied to the government polytechnic Sultanpur but was rejected because of bad placement. No, I haven't applied for any quota for admission. You just have to pass the enterence exam with minimum marks 150 and the age must be above 16 years. You just have to take your result on the counseling day.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of its future demand. Faculty-student ratio is1:6. Our college is approved by the government through jeecup and teaching style is awesome. It's not so difficult to pass the exam and it is conducted after every 6 months.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 11010 per year

Internships Opportunities

Mostly Microsoft and many companies provide internships through Internshala they provide many projects and pay 3000 to 5000 for every project and a certificate. Mostly programming projects and logo making are trending projects and to clarify this you have to do programming.

Placement Experience

From the 5th Semester, students are eligible for campus placement. TATA company, HCL company and many it company visit here every year. The company offered a package of around 8 lakhs and the average package ratio is 5 lakhs. Around 60 percent of students get placement. After this degree, I will prepare for an interview in an IT company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is not so high it is only 11010 only. We even get scholarships through up scholarship and placement from the 5th semester and we even get a stipend for every internship around 3000 to 5000 for every work.

Campus Life

Annual fest and tech fest are conducted every year in the month of March with the help of which we learn about new things. Almost all books related to studying and great books are available in the library. Our campus organizes sports competitions every year and selected students are sent to the national level. We have a website related to jobs and internships and a youtube channel also named find the best job to help students.

Hostel Facilities

We are provided with a fan, a bed and a study table which are in very good condition. The quality of the meal is awesome and tasty we are provided with the sweets also. At the time of admission, you have to book the hostel. Sanjay colony is the best place to live.

Hostel Fee: INR 2000 per year

Placement Experience:

Campus promises to give placement after two years. They sent students to various internships and some students who are eligible for the job, are sent jobs. About 60% of students placed for jobs by the end of course. I will do a job after completion of the course.

BEST GOVT. POLYTECHNIC IN UP

Remarks:

Positives Beautiful Campus : This might seem irrelevant to some, but the natural beauty is what comes to your rescue when you feel you have hit rock-bottom. Single Rooms : People have different opinions about this, but I have come to respect this particular facility at our campus. Location of campus (away from city) : This is a very subjective issue, but I think that the location of campus (distance from city) leaves us lesser distractions. Negatives :- Weak Alumni Base : Although it is definitely possible to achieve any goal in life without assistance from alumni, but their experience can definitely make the journey simpler for many. However, lately, many alumni of IIT Guwahati are connecting back with the student community and I am grateful to them for taking out their time for interacting with us. Single Rooms : Yes, I covered this in positives as well, but I think I must point out the cons of this facility. Students, especially in the first year, might feel lonely and find it hard to interact with others. A shared room provides you with one or more readily accessible friends whose privacy you can breach without asking, from day one. Mess : However the Mess System is undergoing a lot of changes, this is one aspect that has a lot of scope for improvement.

My college is best but it have many bad problem such as transportation facilities now they not give us transportation facilities and hostels facilities also and they dont have english medium book of 3rd years students thats why all 3rd years struggle with

The admission process is good. It's a state government facility college. The government conducts the JEECUP Entrance exam for admission. Entrance exam forms are available on Internet, Sarkari result is the best for filling the form of JEECUP application fees 250 rupees When you gave the entrance exam than some weeks later the result & cut off number is declared online Then if you are illegible then you apply for counseling....Read More
