Remarks

I applied to Government polytechnic Gorakhpur but was rejected because of bad placement. No, I didn't apply for any quota. You have to pass the jeecup entrance exam for admission. Your rank in jeecup must be between 5000 to 30000. Minimum age 16. On the day of counselling, u have to bring your result of the jeecup entrance exam.

1 - I choose this course because it is the most demanding course in the future compared to other courses. 2-faculty student ratio is 1:6. 3-it is a government afflicted college approved by jeecup all the government teachers have completed their master's degrees. 4- exams were not so difficult and every 6 months exams are conducted.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 11010 per year

Internships Opportunities

Recently Microsoft has organised an internship in logo designing and one of ours friends got that internship with a stipend of 6000. He just has to design a logo for a website with a good meaning with a week.

Placement Experience

1- From the 4th semester you are eligible for campus placement. 2-TATA company, HCL company HONDA company etc with more than 30 seats. 3-Lowest package is around 1.5 lakh and highest package is 8 lakhs. 4-60 percent of students are selected for campus placement. 5- After this degree, I will join the HCL company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Up scholarships are provided every year around 11000 around. We even get a stipend of around 2000 every month by completing different projects. around 30 companies always came at the end of the year and maximum students are selected.

Campus Life

Currently, we run a social group related to child fairs and their development we are running a website as well as a youtube channel related to jobs and online earnings to make students financial free and they can grow digitally.

Hostel Facilities

1- we are provided with a fan, two beds and a study table. 2-The quality of the meal is awesome and tasty we are provided with a sweets panner and many delicious items. 3- During admission u have to registered for the hotel. 4- You can rent in Panday Bazar.

Placement Experience:

Campus promises to give placement after two years. They sent students to various internships and some students who are eligible for the job, are sent jobs. About 60% of students placed for jobs by the end of course. I will do a job after completion of the course.

BEST GOVT. POLYTECHNIC IN UP

Remarks:

Positives Beautiful Campus : This might seem irrelevant to some, but the natural beauty is what comes to your rescue when you feel you have hit rock-bottom. Single Rooms : People have different opinions about this, but I have come to respect this particular facility at our campus. Location of campus (away from city) : This is a very subjective issue, but I think that the location of campus (distance from city) leaves us lesser distractions. Negatives :- Weak Alumni Base : Although it is definitely possible to achieve any goal in life without assistance from alumni, but their experience can definitely make the journey simpler for many. However, lately, many alumni of IIT Guwahati are connecting back with the student community and I am grateful to them for taking out their time for interacting with us. Single Rooms : Yes, I covered this in positives as well, but I think I must point out the cons of this facility. Students, especially in the first year, might feel lonely and find it hard to interact with others. A shared room provides you with one or more readily accessible friends whose privacy you can breach without asking, from day one. Mess : However the Mess System is undergoing a lot of changes, this is one aspect that has a lot of scope for improvement.

My college is best but it have many bad problem such as transportation facilities now they not give us transportation facilities and hostels facilities also and they dont have english medium book of 3rd years students thats why all 3rd years struggle with

The admission process is good. It's a state government facility college. The government conducts the JEECUP Entrance exam for admission. Entrance exam forms are available on Internet, Sarkari result is the best for filling the form of JEECUP application fees 250 rupees When you gave the entrance exam than some weeks later the result & cut off number is declared online Then if you are illegible then you apply for counseling....Read More
