Centralized Admission Process provides guidelines regarding the admission procedure to be undertaken during councelling which is to be followed by each student at every step. There are various quota available for admission right from sc to general category which includes ST, OBC, EWS, NT, Physically challenged, etc. Admission is solely based on merit which is MHT CET based score obtained by students. Student must be indian national and have minimum 150 marks in pcm or pcb group in HSC exam.
Course Curriculum Overview
Always wanted to be in the healthcare sector so pharmacy is a perfect blend of health sciences. There are faculties for every department. About 3 to 4 teachers are available in subject department. Faculty teachers are well experienced and most of them are PhD holders. Exams conducted semester wise and teaching methods enable students to score good marks.
Placement Experience
Graduated students become eligible for placements and Sanofi is the most recruited company. Reputed companies visit AISSMS college of pharmacy for placements and offer a very good salary package. They try hard to invite many companies and help us to get placed. For the development of the campus, the whole management keeps focussing on the placements. About 60% of the students got placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Generally, the fees is regulated by fees regulating authority and is different for cast-wise students. Fees is fixed and not hiked every year. Various scholarships and financial assistance is given to students through different government schemes. Generally, stipend is given on monthly based on qualifying the GPAT exam.
Campus Life
Generally Spandan a fest is conducted in February on alternative year. Days are celebrated as per calendar. The library has got digital to access various journals and books. Classrooms are equipped with lcd and ohp projectors. Sports week is celebrated every year and college encourages students to take part in various sports and extracurricular activities.
