Remarks

I applied for Shekhawati university but didn't take admission in it due to the far distance from my home. No, I haven't applied for any quota for admission. Admission criteria is graduation in any stream other than technical degrees, there is no limit for minimum marks and age in Singhania University. Admission process was very smooth as compared to any other university in nearby places. Process of counselling was online so there was no problem or complications related to it, it was easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of my keen interest in teaching and my dream of being a good teacher so that I can serve the society. Faculty Student ratio was 1:50. Faculty was very we qualified and their way of encouraging students to become efficient and well qualified teachers was excellent and commendable. Term exams were conducted timely in first year but due to corona virus or covid-19 online classes and online exams were held in second year.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure was fixed for both years. Rs. 25000 we're charged annually for both years, no extra fee was taken. No fee hikes were done during the course duration. Fee for this programme was equivalent as compared to any other competitive universitirs. As such not many scholarships were provided as it is a private university, though financial assistance is provided if students are ready to assist professors.

Campus Life

Singhania University is known for its annual fests around the corner. They are conducted in a very professional and enjoyable way. Various celebrities are invited from various fields. RASRANG is the main annual fest of university. It is conducted in the month of December. University has huge Library where books from across the globe are kept and are easily available for students on a minimal fee. Amenities in classrooms and university are of top level. In the sports section also university has huge playground and excellent sports facilities for sportspersons. Many students have played national level in volleyball and football from the university. Square house is a club run by students in the university for cultural functions

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Ed. is the best course if you want to become a teacher. The course curriculum is good and not that tough. Faculty members of the university are great and qualified. Faculty qualifications are B.Ed. M.Ed. and Ph.D. Teaching methods are good and effective. In our university 4 semesters and each semester has 1 midterm and 1 end-term exam. Exams are not too tough. you can clear exams easily.

Intermediate with 50% is the eligibility. You can take admission by contacting the admission department of the university. There are no reservations benefits. You can join directly by taking admission.
